GCC students and faculty accomplish great things throughout the year and on March 29, 2016 we invite the entire college community to recognize our best work and brightest minds at the first annual Scholars Symposium – a celebration of inquiry and scholarship. Students, faculty, staff, community leaders and friends, some from afar, will be sharing and demonstrating scholarly achievements in all disciplines through presentations, poster exhibits and performances. The Scholars Symposium is the opportunity to expand horizons, hone presentation skills and engage in our collective brain power for all to enjoy and to appreciate.

We hope you will join us!

In addition to celebrating student and faculty scholarly achievements through presentations, posters sessions and possible performances, we will be joined by Pulitzer Prize winning author Eric Foner who will give the keynote address.

Along with the Scholars Symposium, we want you to be aware of other academic opportunities. If you are aware of other opportunities, please send any announcements to jrtoriseva (at) genesee.edu
